The issue has been confirmed to be related to a fault on the provider side (Intellitrust). The engineers are currently working to resolve the issue. The issue only affects accounts on the .DE tenancy, other regions are unaffected. We appreciate your patience and apologise for the inconvenience.
We are currently investigating a possible issue with our MFA product. When accessing various resources under the MFA tab users might see “ [A] Unexpected error, invalid status field in API response.”. the MFA service might also fail to connect to the cloud, preventing user login. We apologise for any inconvenience.
