We have identified the cause of the issue, and a fix is being prepared.
We are investigating an issue with the email quarantine which is causing the global quarantine report to fail. Quarantined emails are safely being stored, but the report itself is non-functional. Digest links to release emails still work, and all other filtering and logging is working as normal.
