We are currently experiencing a temporary issue with SMS otp delivery. The system will fall-back to email otp and we also strongly recommend setting up soft tokens for users (this can be done from the User Directory section of the USS dashboard). If you require SMS otp’s please contact our support team who will manually resolve the issue for your account. We are aware of the issue and are working with the service provider to reach a quick permanent resolution.
