Following service restarts the system is recovering and should be fully back online shortly. We’ll post another update once the issue is fully resolved.
We have identified and are working to resolve issues with the ICAP servers across all regions at the present. The issue will likely manifest with an error stating “Cloud communication error”. We are working with top priority to restore the connections and we’ll update the status page with all details concerning the outage
