The root cause of the issue was a core database lockup which required manual intervention to resolve. We are investigating why automatic fail over did not take place and will make improvements to the infrastructure to address this going forwards.


We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.

Web Security agents may be showing the tray icon in red as they are unable to download configuration updates. This will not impact filtering or browsing.


We are currently experiencing an unscheduled issue with the USS API, preventing logins and configuration updates via the dashboard. Filtering services are not effected.
