The service is coming back online now
We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
After a failed attempt to reboot the node on the existing cloud host, the service has been migrated to a new cloud host and engineers are working to restore the service
The issue has been identified and is with a particular host at our cloud infrastructure provider. Engineers are currently working to restore connectivity and we expect to have further news shortly
We've confirmed there is a problem, we're working to resolve it.
Unfortunately we are experiencing a third party hosting issue which means the USS Dashboard is temporarily unavailable (dashboard.clouduss.com). Other services are not affected.
