We are currently investigating an issue with the dashboard and API service that is causing all requests to throw a 500 Internal Server error. This is affecting the Dashboard and the Agent API service, resulting in an error being shown.
Agents may show a two or three red-dot error, however they should continue to filter. Filtering itself is not affected.
We apologise for this issue and we will be issuing a further update shortly.
