In addition to the previous rollback we have also decided to make additional amends to the mail delivery engine. This is following an update last week. This comes as we continued received some reports of stripped attachments and styling. This change was made at 1420 UTC. If any emails are still experiencing this issue after this time please inform support.
We have implemented a rollback of features we believe were the cause of the issue. We are currently investigating the root cause of the issue and hope to have an answer and solution shortly. The rollback was completed at 1230 UT and any emails arriving after this time should be unaffected
We are currently investigating an issue regarding emails arriving with their styling and attachments stripped. We are currently attempting to replicate the error and track down the origin of the issue
