We apologise for the inconvenience caused between 10-02-2020 18:00 UTC and 11-02-2020 05:00 UTC which was related to a network incident. Inbound mail queues peaked at a 3 hour delay although most customers would experience 30-60 minute delay. Inbound mail queues cleared on all nodes at 04:50 UTC and remain normal. Engineers continue to investigate. No email was lost and outbound mail was unaffected.
We've now resolved the incident. All backlogged email has been processed and delivered. We apologise for any inconvenience or disruption this may have caused.
The mail flow delay is approximately 30 minutes at present
