The backlog of emails has now been cleared and all user interface delays should be fully resolved.
We have identified an issue on the UK Archive cluster which prevents users from viewing mail in the Archive interface. The emails are being ingested properly, the issue is purely related to viewing the mail.
A large unexpected queue of imported data has caused a backlog for the Process Units for searchability. Our development is actively engaged and is closely monitoring the situation to ensure continued stability. The backlog is currently being cleared and the issue should be fully resolved imminently
