We have identified the issue and we are working towards a fix, however customers should note that it may be a few hours before the system is back. We apologise for this, but wish to reiterate that all other virus engines, attachment checking and spam filtering is not affected
We are experiencing an issue with the Sandbox level 2 service which is preventing it from scanning email attachments. all other virus engines, attachment checking and spam filtering is not affected. Engineers are investigating the cause of the service, and we should have further updates shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
